    We'll clarify what you want the system to achieve, your top 3 priority treatments, your ideal patient profile, and your main 90-day objective.
  2. 10–25 mins
    Current patient journey
    We'll map how enquiries come in, what reception does, how consultations are booked, and where leads currently get lost.
  3. 25–40 mins
    Access and integrations
    We'll review access for your website, Google tools, PMS, phone provider, enquiry inbox, CRM, online booking, ads accounts, and review platforms.
  4. 40–55 mins
    Reception and AI handling
    We'll define how missed calls, website enquiries, out-of-hours enquiries, patient questions, and high-value leads should be handled.
  5. 55–70 mins
    CRM, follow-up, booking
    We'll confirm pipeline stages, follow-up rules, booking rules, consultation deposits, and what needs approval before launch.
  6. 70–80 mins
    Reviews, referrals, reactivation
    We'll review your current review process, referral process, lapsed patient opportunities, and possible reactivation campaigns.
  7. 80–90 mins
    Launch plan
    We'll confirm outstanding access, assets, build priorities, approval owners, training requirements, go-live target, and weekly check-in cadence.
